These terms cover the Diplocraft website and, when it opens, the Minecraft server. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Your account is your Discord account. Keep that secure, ideally with two-factor authentication, because anyone who can sign in to Discord as you can sign in here as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person, one account. When Minecraft linking opens, do not link an account you do not own.

Your Discord username, avatar, founder number and any bio you write are visible to other people on this site. That is how a public founding register works.

Conduct

Betrayal, war and hard politics are the game. Harassment is not. Do not target people with abuse, slurs, threats, doxxing, or anything illegal. Do not use exploits, cheat clients or automation to break the game’s systems.

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed without notice. In-game consequences are largely left to the world’s own systems; these terms cover behaviour those systems cannot.

The world is permanent

Diplocraft records history and does not wipe it. Actions you take in game may be published on the public map and history permanently, under your in-game name. That is the point of the project. Do not join expecting it to be erased later.

Pre-launch

The Minecraft server is not open yet. Features described on this site (including governments, map, store and settings) may be locked, unfinished or changed before launch. Nothing here is a promise of a ship date. Nothing here is being sold. There is no payment, subscription or purchasable advantage. If that ever changes, the terms will change first.

Availability

This is a small independent project run by one person. It is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, data durability or continued existence. Please do not treat it as somewhere to store anything you cannot afford to lose.

Diplocraft is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. You are bound by Mojang’s own EULA when playing.
